    Request / Order Management
  
The Request/Order Management module manages work order entry and processing, provides table-driven catalogues to facilitate quick updates and allows the user to track orders by statuses such as:- Quotation, Confirmed, In-Process, Completed and Cancelled.
 
 
 
  Product Catalogue
  
This module maintains company's products/services data, allows for a Flexible Pricing Structure, taxes, discounting and bundled price structures.
 
 
 
  Customer Project Management
  
The Customer Product Management (CPM) module facilitates the planning, execution, and order fulfillment phase. CPM tracks and monitors orders and other projects and processes from start to finish, in both text and graphic modes.
 
 
 
  Workflow / Network Project Management
  
This module provides complete engineering cost estimation and order form management. The business unit is able to manage and control all contractor work.
 
 
 
  Customer Relation Management

  Network Discovery & Reconciliation
  
The Discovery and Reconciliation module (DRM) is an extendable and scalable network system management solution that enables the discovery of network elements, the reconciliation of hardware and integration with the OSS.
 
 
 
  Network Inventory and Configuration
  
This module provides engineering network inventory support, Link/Circuit design and allows capacity management and troubleshooting of the entire network. It also supports: voice, data, dark fiber, ATM, Frame Relay SONET and DWDM.
 
 
 
  Site Build and Planning Management
  
This module tracks all tasks required to build and maintain a site, including: Civil Work, Site Acquisition, Site Design, Site Classification, BTS Deployments and Tower Specifications. It also handles site maintenance with regards to UPS, batteries, generators and HAVC. The user can initiate a project request for a site, plan a project, follow up, monitor and escalate issues. Valuable statistics regarding your site are made available with this module.
 
 
 
  Executive View
  
This module allows both executive officers and management to view in a snapshot, projects, problems, issues and Customer/Vendor responses. The module also allows for viewing and printing Management Reports, as well as facilitating Progress Monitoring and Follow-Up Measures taken.
 
 
 
  Part Store Access / Asset Management
  
This module manages parts inventory via a stock control system with network parts, attributes and fields and tracks available parts. The module also tracks depleted inventory, and tracks parts delivery to customer sites or Cell sites/pops.
 
 
 
  IP Management Access
  
This module allows management of IP addresses individually or in groups and automates the creation of blocks of addresses, tracks the status of individual addresses, and manages the inventory of available addresses.
 
 
 
  Trouble Ticket Management
  
This module manages trouble tickets with a user defined escalation process. Tickets are tracked by severity, category and type.
 
 
 
  Billing
  
This module is a complete customer billing solution, providing invoice process, generation, printing, and invoice details history. The module also facilitates Customer file and Product file management, Cash Receipts & Credit Invoice Management.
 
 
 
  REP / Reports
  
The Reporting module generates different types of reports (Excel/HTML) according to the integrated modules in the system. The user can also generate/customize Ad Hoc required reports.
 
 
 
  BoD / Bandwidth on Demand
  
This module allows customers to offer expanded bandwidth services, leading to increased revenues thus assuring market leadership. The BOD module Upgrades, downgrades and activates ADSL service for privileged customers. It also facilitates cost effective bandwidth upgrades or downgrades depending on Customer Service Profiling.
